The Marlborough Hunter is based on a 3.5 ton Renault Master or Vauxhall Movano chassis.

Carrying capacity is around 1150 Kilos depending on the exact finish of the box. Uprating to 3.9 Tons lifts the capacity to 1550 Kilos.

Body
Made of white faced GRP. Wide and very low ramp, carrying two horses rear facing. Ramp is spring assisted. One piece moulded luton and side fairings. Moulded rear wheel arches. Strong rear bumper made of heavy duty aluminium. Front and rear high level marker lights. Rear high level brake light. Metallic paint with choice of colour. Signwritten and lined. 2 External tie rings.

Horse Area
Stainless steel full length padded partition with several stall widths available. Storage for partition to offside to make mare and foal box. Jockey door to grooms/luggage area. Breast bar 4'6" high with solid bulkhead below. Heavy duty rubber floor mats over high quality aluminium floor with drainage holes. EVA rubber protection to vehicle sides to a height of 4'. Two tie rings and two haynet rings. Soft removable headboard fastened to central partition. Three opening glass windows. Two 4-way opening roof ventilators. Internal light over ramp.

Rear Compartment
Full length wardrobe/tack locker. Upholstered seating and table. Rubber covered floor. Light weight fibre glass wheel boxes. Wide rear opening door. Internal light. Saddle poles and bridle rack. Plug for coldbox or kettle.

Cab
Three seat cab. Sliding window to horse compartment. Safety switch to control rear interior lighting. Radio cassette player with steering wheel finger tip controls. Remote door control key. Engine Immobilizer. Spacious door pockets, coat hooks and lockable glove compartment.

Chassis & Engine
Renault Master or Vauxhall Movano 3.5 Tons gross vehicle weight. Can be uprated to 3.9 Tons to give larger carrying capacity at a cost of £395.
Engine 2.5 or 2.8 Turbo diesel. Power steering. 5 or 6 speed gear box. Engine 2.2 (90 BHP) or 2.5 (120 BHP).
