The Marlborough Sport is based on a 3.5 ton Renault Master or Vauxhall Movano chassis. All have a diesel engine, power steering, 5 or 6 speed gearbox, and easy to operate spring assisted ramp. It makes an ideal ladies box.

The horses travel rear facing. The very low floor gives a low centre of gravity and allows for easy loading. These features ensure an excellent travelling experience for the horse and their handler!

The Marlborough Sport carries two 16hh horses and has a carrying capacity of 1200 kilos (approx). 

Body
Steel with GRP roof. Insulated with 2 inch polystyrene foam. Internal walls lined with white faced GRP. A wide and very low ramp. Ramp is rubber lined. Two rear opening doors to grooms/luggage area. Two external tie rings.

Horse Area
Stainless steel full length padded partition with several stall widths available. Storage for partition to the offside to make mare and foal box. Jockey door to grooms/luggage area. Breast bar 4' 0" high with solid bulkhead below. Heavy duty rubber over a high quality floor, with drainage holes. EVA rubber protection to vehicle sides to a height of 4'. Two tie rings and two haynet rings. Three opening windows. Two, 4-way opening roof ventilators. Internal light over ramp.

Rear Compartment
GRP wheel boxes make occasional seating. Internal light. Rubber lined floor. Two saddle poles. Bridle rack.

Cab
Three seat cab. Sliding window to horse compartment. CD player with steering wheel finger tip controls. Remote door control key. Engine immobilizer. Spacious door pockets, coat hooks and lockable glove compartment. Toolkit.
